Jamel P. Lynch, Jr. (JP) is the visionary founder and CEO of Champion Distribution Group (CDG), whose mission is to deliver exceptional beverages and services often overlooked by craft beer distributors. The portfolio embodies the rich flavors and unique character of the crafts and the communities that inspire them. Prior to establishing CDG, Jamel excelled as the Director of Engineering and IT Services at Belden. He forged the company’s first North American Technical Services Department, pioneering networking services across diverse sectors, including water, food and beverage, transportation, and security markets. His leadership drove an extraordinary $2 million in additional service contracts in its inaugural year. Jamel's professional journey began in development engineering at IBM’s Personal Computing Division in Research Triangle Park, NC, where he was at the forefront of integrating groundbreaking wireless technologies like Bluetooth and Wireless Wide Area Networking into IBM’s ThinkPad systems. His distinguished client list featured renowned organizations such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Accenture, Coca-Cola, the World Bank, and the International Finance Corporation. He has been honored with numerous accolades, including the President's Award from Belden, the Engineer of the Year Award from IBM, and an Invention Achievement Award from IBM. His remarkable work has been recognized in Black Enterprise Magazine, and he has inspired audiences at many engineering conferences, including delivering the keynote address at the World Bank IT Conference in Kigali, Rwanda. Beyond his professional achievements, Jamel is a published author, a dedicated professor, an avid boater, and has led the SEEDs non-profit organization as President of the Board in Durham, NC. Jamel holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) '94 and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Virginia Tech College of Engineering. At VMI, he demonstrated leadership as President of the IEEE, President of the Promaji Club, Vice President of the Investment Club, Vice President of the FCA, and showcased his athleticism as a triple jumper on the Track and Field team.

Kelli joined the Champion Distribution Group team  to be part of something bigger than business, a culture built on integrity, growth, and shared success. In her role as SVP of Marketing, Sales & Retail Strategy, she leads with a collaborative spirit, helping shape a company where every partnership and project uplifts everyone involved. Kelli's experience includes brand projects for Virgin Galactic, MTV France, Live Nation, Maserati, Ferrari, Oscar Mayer, Toyota, GE, and the World Leaders Forum.Kelli's creativity brings a unique and innovative approach to beverage distribution.

Outside of work, Kelli is a filmmaker and creative explorer who finds inspiration hiking, capturing moments through photography, and painting. She enjoys mentoring high school students in the TN State Mentors Achieves program.
