Jamel P. Lynch
Founder, Head Coach & CEO
Jamel is a proud graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, where he earned his degree in Electrical Engineering and developed his foundational belief that “without resistance, there is no strength.” This core philosophy was forged during his rigorous time at VMI, where he also competed as an elite triple jumper for the Keydets track and field team and represented the school on the conference championship stage. That background as a collegiate athlete and engineer is exactly why sports involvement and team dynamics are so deeply woven into the DNA of Champion Distribution Group today. Jamel thrives on authentic camaraderie and surrounds himself with dedicated team players who know what it takes to win together.
Before drawing up the corporate playbook for Champion, Jamel spent 20 years at the forefront of global innovation with technology giants IBM and Lenovo. As a high-level engineer and executive, he led high-performance teams across 70 countries and engineered breakthroughs that earned him 20 patents in Bluetooth and computer technology. Today, he channels that same hyper-precise engineering strategy and a fierce, "Never Say Die" athletic discipline directly into the beverage industry.
Under Jamel’s visionary leadership, Champion is completely redefining the logistics of craft distribution. Like a head coach guiding his roster to greatness, Jamel bridges the gap between legendary cultural brands and the retail market. Driven by the spirit of competition and true teamwork, his ultimate mission is to ensure that quality-driven artisans have a professional-grade, championship platform to flourish, compete, and scale victories across the entire Southeast.
Kelli Tidmore
Championship Growth Architect
Kelli, our SVP of Marketing Sales & Retail Strategy, joined the Champion team to be part of something bigger than business, a culture built on integrity, growth, and shared success. In her role as SVP of Marketing, Sales & Retail Strategy, she leads with a collaborative spirit, helping shape a company where every partnership and project uplifts everyone involved. Kelli's experience includes brand projects from Virgin Galactic to the World Leaders Forum. Kelli's creativity brings a unique and innovative approach to beverage distribution.
Outside of work, Kelli enjoys filmmaking, creative exploring and hiking. She enjoys mentoring high school students in the TN State Mentors Achieves program.
Jeff Hubbard
Champion Offensive Coordinator
Jeff Hubbard is a true corporate playmaker who brings elite athletic discipline, legendary focus, and unmatched strategic execution to the Champion Distribution team. A proud graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, Jeff was a standout wide receiver for the Keydets, earning a reputation on the gridiron as an absolute rarity. He cemented his place in school history by catching a school-record 13 passes for 183 yards in a single game, ultimately leading the Keydets with 23 catches for 319 yards. Today, he brings that exact record-breaking drive and "clutch performance" mentality from the football field straight into his business career.
As our Championship Offensive Coordinator, Jeff uses his wide receiver instincts to map out our winning strategies. Much like executing a flawless route on the gridiron to beat the defense, he excels at reading the marketplace, outmaneuvering obstacles, and catching every opportunity to drive our operations downfield. His elite work ethic and dedication to team victory ensure that Champion Distribution and our partners are always positioned to score big in the end zone.
Angela Amato
Virginia Sales MVP & Team Lead . VA
Angela Amato brings an unmatched burst of energy, die-hard passion, and world-class expertise to the Champion Distribution sales team. As we rapidly expand our footprint, Angela is leading the charge in building and managing our Virginia territory. Having successfully owned and operated her own Italian restaurant for 13 years, she possesses a master-level understanding of the food and beverage industry, hospitality, and top-tier customer service. Angela doesn't just sell, she forms genuine, lifelong connections with our clients, making her an indispensable champion for our brands and customers alike.
Angela's energy and discipline doesn't just stop when the workday ends; she has spent the last seven years training in kickboxing and hits the gym regularly to stay at the top of her game. To recharge, she loves spending time at the beach and channeling her culinary roots through cooking for loved ones. Angela’s rare combination of deep business ownership experience, authentic warmth, and fierce determination makes her a powerhouse leader as she drives our Virginia team to victory.
Daniel Lynch
Virginia Sales MVP & Team Lead . GA
Daniel Lynch brings an unstoppable combination of focus, reliability, and creative energy to his role leading our Georgia location. A natural go-getter, Daniel is driven by a deep sense of purpose; when he believes in a project, he dedicates himself entirely to executing a winning game plan. This passionate dedication makes him the perfect choice to coordinate our Georgia operations and establish the Champion standard in a new territory.
Outside of the logistics field, Daniel is a highly creative force who loves storytelling, working actively as a screenplay writer and an accomplished voiceover and screen actor. Most notably, he is the voice of the iconic Autobot Jazz in two highly anticipated projects: the live-action Transformers Rise of Unicron and the animated series Transformers War Across Worlds. Fans can also hear his voiceover work as "The Chest" in The Balance Project. His commitment to teamwork and focus carries over from his creative pursuits straight into his daily life, where he is deeply involved in his local church and community. Guided by strong values and a love for music, Daniel’s focus on community building makes him an exceptional leader to unite, support, and grow our Georgia team.
Elijah Bush
Championship Engagement Specialist & Media Playmaker
Elijah Bush brings a dynamic fusion of operational drive, strategic sales focus, and creative genius to the North Carolina team. As a Championship Engagement Specialist, Elijah is deeply passionate about accelerating our growth and educating customers on the unique culture and brands that define Champion Distribution. Beyond driving sales and local operations, he bridges the gap between logistics and lifestyle by collaborating directly with our marketing team on the media side, leveraging his natural eye for storytelling to highlight our premier sports and entertainment brands within the community.
Elijah’s sharp creative instincts are fueled by an impressive multi-faceted background. In his free time, he is a dedicated recording hip-hop artist, an active content creator, a competitive video gamer, and fashion model. This unique blend of artistic discipline and competitive spirit allows him to connect effortlessly with diverse audiences. Grounded by a sincere commitment to community service and brand education, Elijah is the perfect player to amplify the Champion voice and elevate our presence across North Carolina.

Hope brings a powerful combination of hospitality expertise, professional grit, and a genuinely caring heart to our new Georgia location. Managing the West Central region, Hope is a true go-getter who excels at building communities from the ground up. Having studied at the University of Georgia, she brings that proud, elite "Dawg" work ethic straight to the Champion Distribution roster. With five years of experience as a leasing property manager alongside years of dedicated service in the restaurant, food, and beverage industry, she has mastered the ultimate playbook for elite customer service and genuine connection.
Hope is a woman of faith and community, and her natural kindness makes everyone she meets feel right at home. Outside of work, she is a big-time family person who cherishes every moment spent with her loved ones and her beloved dog, Duke. A lover of fashion, diverse cultural experiences, and relaxing beach days, Hope’s vibrant personality and exceptional background make her a vital player in expanding the Champion Distribution family across Georgia.
Terry Savage

Terry Savage is a vital part of the Champion Distribution delivery team, bringing precision, energy, and a champion's mindset to every route he drives. Before stepping behind the wheel to keep our supply chain moving smoothly, Terry spent years on the field as a competitive football athlete. That background in athletics makes him a perfect fit for our culture, he understands the value of tight teamwork, clear communication, and executing a flawless game plan every single day.
Out on the road, Terry is the face of our company, and our partners constantly praise his exceptionally friendly attitude and professional service during every drop-off. When he is not navigating the roads and delivering top-tier service to our partners, Terry loves to unwind by the water, casting a line and enjoying his passion for fishing. He is also an avid music lover who always appreciates a great playlist to power his downtime. Terry’s dedication to hard work, combined with his team-first attitude, makes him a trusted champion both on and off the road.

Amber s the ultimate champion ambassador for our brand, bringing an unbeatable mix of Jersey energy and Charlotte charm to the team. Born and raised in a tight-knit town in South Jersey just outside of Philadelphia, Amber has proudly called Charlotte home for the last five years. With a rich background spanning marketing, SEO, sales, and public relations, she has the exact playbook needed to elevate our presence and connect with our community.
When she isn't driving brand awareness, Amber is a passionate sports fan, proudly shouting "Go Birds!" every football Sunday. She is an avid hiker, loves to dance, enjoys shopping, and is always cooking up something new. A lifelong learner, she balances her time between watching deep-dive documentaries and writing captivating, passionate romance novels. Above all, Amber is a proud mom to her 17-year-old daughter, who is currently heading off to college to become a zoologist. Thomas Gorringe

Originally hailing from New Orleans, Thomas now proudly calls Asheville, NC home, where he manages and covers our local territory with the vibrant energy of his hometown. With years of experience managing fast-paced environments behind the bar at major restaurants and high-end catering events, Thomas excels under pressure. He knows exactly how to connect with people, anticipate needs, and deliver exceptional service to our Asheville community.
When he is not busy driving results and building relationships for our local clients, you can usually find Thomas fueled by high-speed sports and live entertainment. A die-hard New Orleans Saints fan, he also spends his weekends tracking F1 races and other motorsports. His perfect evening involves catching a live stand-up comedy show or exploring new sounds, with a playlist heavily rotating between hip-hop and indie rock. Fueled by a deep passion for world travel, Thomas loves exploring different cultures, discovering new ways of life, and bringing that broad, worldly perspective back to everything he does here at the office.
James "Jimmie" Walsh II

Jimmie combines more than 20 years of culinary and hospitality experience with an entrepreneurial mindset to help Champion customers succeed. His background in restaurant operations and food truck ownership gives him a unique perspective on helping retailers and on premise accounts identify beverage solutions that fit their business and their customers.
Born and raised in Smithfield, North Carolina, Jimmie enjoys spending time with his wife, Amanda, and their son, Mason. Whether he’s camping, grilling over charcoal and wood, enjoying 90s music, or exploring the outdoors, he believes in living by three simple values: Don’t forget where you came from. Be a good human.
